All rates are per room, per night, and include a full hot breakfast each morning. We reserve the right to serve a Continental Breakfast for occasional off-season periods. Double occupancy is defined as two adults staying in the same room. Children age 6-12 stay for free in a room with a paying adult. Add $5.00 per night for the each child’s breakfast. Children age 5 and under stay and eat for FREE! For each extra adult (age 13 & over), add $18 per night for lodging and breakfast Pets are welcome! All rates are exclusive of state tax, service charge & gratuities. Rates are subject to change
